The Block pink kitchen Knife Sharpener is distinguished by its innovative design, which includes a patented non-slip grip on both the bottom and top sides for improved stability. Some of my Kershaw knives have unusual serrations. I’ve never figured out a good way to sharpen them until I saw an ad for this unit. I have many, many nice sharpening systems and I’m pretty good at getting a hair shaving edge free handing. I would never have thought I’d use something like this, but for serrations of all kinds, it’s the easiest to use and puts a nice, useable edge on them.
