Why the Block Sharpener is Voted the Best Manual kitchen knife sharpener for home and on the go sharpening needs

• Patented Flexible Handle Design: Unlike rigid sharpeners that force an unnatural angle on your blade, our unique handle flexes dynamically. The dual high-Rockwell steel rods automatically adjust and lock onto your knife’s original factory edge, maintaining the exact angle without nicks, lips, or burrs.
• Complete Blade Versatility: A single tool handles your entire collection. It effortlessly straightens and hones standard kitchen V-edges (17° to 28°), convex edges, hollow grinds, pocketknives, tactical blades, camp hatchets, scissors, and machetes.
• 100% Serrated Edge Compatible: Never struggle with a dull bread knife or serrated outdoor gear again. The rods flex smoothly to flow through the individual teeth of serrated blades, restoring peak sharpness without altering or damaging the factory scalloping.
• Advanced Ergonomic Safety Grip: Engineered for slippery kitchen counters and tough outdoor settings alike. The design features a patented non-slip rubber overmold grip on both the top and bottom sides, plus a dedicated thumb guard for superior leverage and safety during freehand sharpening.
• Protects and Extends Blade Life: Traditional aggressive grinders chew through valuable metal, shortening the life of your knives. The Block family system acts as a highly portable, dual-action honing steel replacement that realigns rolled edges without grinding away steel.
• Built to Last – Lifetime Guarantee: We stand behind our craftsmanship. Every single tool is backed by our unconditional lifetime guarantee against factory defects and imperfections.

Simple Maintenance & Instructions:

To use, simply hold the sharpener securely by the ergonomic grip. Draw your blade smoothly through the self-adjusting steel rods using light, even pressure, mimicking the natural action of professional butcher steels. Cleaning is effortless—just wipe down the honing rods with a damp cloth after use to remove any metal residue and keep your tool ready for action.
